This website has no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts loaded from third parties, and no cookies set for marketing. The only personal data we handle is what you deliberately type into a form.

What we collect
Only the fields you submit in an enquiry form: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, city, state or province, postal code, product type, service wanted, quantity, grade, your message, and the address of the page you submitted from. Nothing else.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if we do business, to fulfil the order. Postal code and city exist because freight cost on empty corrugated depends almost entirely on geography; without them we cannot quote accurately. The page address tells us what you were reading, which helps us answer the right question.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent from this website’s own server to our lead management system, 1db. The credentials for that system are held as server-side secrets and are never present in the page you are reading — there is no third-party script collecting your details in the browser. From there, enquiries are worked by our own staff in St. Louis.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to completed orders are retained for seven years because US tax and commercial record-keeping requires it. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, except where a completed transaction legally requires retention.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own for tracking, advertising or analytics. Your browser may store the usual technical essentials for a web page to function. We do not operate a consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who we share it with
Our lead management provider, as described above. Freight carriers, where an order requires delivery details. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, trade or supply personal data to any third party for marketing purposes, and we never will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@reboxesmarket.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific statutory data rights, we will honour them.
Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Form data is transmitted server-to-server. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it to do their job. We are a box yard, not a bank, and we do not collect payment card details through this website at all.
