Trading terms, in plain sentences.
These are the terms we trade on. They are written to be read rather than to be impenetrable, and if anything here conflicts with something we have agreed with you in writing, the written agreement wins.

Or email sales@reboxesmarket.com. We have no phone line — dimensions and counts survive much better in writing.
Not sure of the size?
Fold a box in the browser, read off the cube and pallet fit, and send the spec straight through.
1 · Quotations
Quotations are valid for fourteen days unless stated otherwise, and are based on stock physically available at the time of quoting. Used corrugated inventory turns constantly; if a lot sells before you confirm, we will offer the nearest equivalent and tell you plainly how it differs.
2 · Grades
Every quotation names a grade from our published standard. The grade describes observed condition at the point of grading, by hand, in our yard. A used container no longer meets the test rating printed on its Box Maker’s Certificate, and we do not represent that it does.
3 · Counts
We ship to a stated piece count, not an approximation. If a delivery is short by up to 5% we will credit the difference on your word, without inspection. Above 5% we will investigate, which may include collecting the pallet.
4 · Fitness for purpose
We will advise on suitability as accurately as we can, and we will decline a sale where we believe used board is the wrong answer. But the final decision about whether a container suits your product, your stack height and your handling is yours. We cannot warrant performance in an operation we have not seen. Where you need a tested guarantee, specify new board with a certificate.
5 · Freight and risk
Unless agreed otherwise we quote delivered, and risk passes on delivery. If a pallet arrives damaged, photograph it before unwrapping where possible and tell us within three business days. Damage claims on freight we arranged are ours to pursue, not yours.
6 · Purchases from you
When we buy material from you, you confirm that it is yours to sell, that it is free of hazardous residue, and that it does not carry hazardous-material markings. We grade on arrival at our yard; where a load differs materially from the photographs or description provided, we will contact you before processing it rather than adjusting the price unilaterally.
7 · Payment
Sales: net-30 on approved accounts, otherwise payment before dispatch. Purchases: on pickup or net-7, agreed before collection. Overdue accounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month. We would much rather talk about a cash-flow problem than issue a reminder.
8 · Cancellation
Stock orders may be cancelled without charge until they are picked and banded. Custom orders — new dies, printed board, converted product — may be cancelled before production begins; after that, work completed is chargeable.
9 · Pooled containers
Containers held in a managed pool remain your property. We insure them against fire and flood while in our yard. Normal attrition through wear is expected and reported; we will not invoice you for a container that reached the end of its natural life.
10 · Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for consequential loss, including loss of production or profit. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and the courts of St. Louis County have jurisdiction.
