Built to work when things are switched off.
This site was designed on the assumption that JavaScript might be disabled, motion might be unwelcome, a mouse might be unavailable and the connection might be slow. Here is specifically what we did about each.
Report a barrier
If something on this site blocks you, tell us here and we will fix it rather than explain it.
Straight to the grading floor at 9869 Meeks Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132.
Or email sales@reboxesmarket.com. We have no phone line — dimensions and counts survive much better in writing.
Not sure of the size?
Fold a box in the browser, read off the cube and pallet fit, and send the spec straight through.
Eight things we did on purpose.
Every link is a real link
No link on this site is a scripted click handler. Navigation works with JavaScript disabled, in a text browser, and in a search crawler.
The menu is CSS, not script
The slide-out menu is driven by a checkbox and CSS transforms. It opens, closes and locks page scrolling with no JavaScript involved at all.
The quote overlay too
The full-screen enquiry window is the same mechanism. With scripting off it still opens, still scrolls, and the form inside still submits.
Forms submit natively
Every form has a real action and method. With JavaScript it submits in place; without, it posts to the server and lands on a confirmation page.
Accordions are <details>
FAQ and expandable sections use native HTML disclosure elements, so they are keyboard-operable and screen-reader-announced without custom code.
Reduced motion is respected
If your system asks for reduced motion, every animation, transition and the rotating box are switched off, not merely shortened.
No images to load
The entire site is built from inline SVG and CSS. There is no hero photograph to wait for, and nothing that needs alt text for decoration.
Visible focus, skip link
Keyboard focus is always visible, a skip-to-content link is the first thing in the tab order, and tables scroll within their own container rather than breaking the page.
Where we are not perfect
Box Studio is interactive and therefore needs JavaScript. We have not found a way to make a live three-dimensional calculator work without it, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Everything Box Studio tells you is also available as static tables on the size chart.
Our data tables are wide, and on a narrow screen they scroll horizontally inside their own container. That is better than squashing them into illegibility, but it is a compromise.
Standard we aim at
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We test with keyboard-only navigation, with scripting disabled, at 200% zoom, and with a screen reader. We are not claiming certification — we are telling you what we test.
If something blocks you
